PHPS Gospel – Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting PHPS Gospel. This Shipping Policy explains how our merchandise orders are produced and shipped.

1) Print-On-Demand Fulfillment

PHPS Gospel merchandise is made and shipped through a third-party print-on-demand partner. This means:

  • Items are produced after you place an order (not pre-stocked).

  • Production and shipping times may vary depending on the item, your location, and current demand.

  • Orders may ship from different facilities depending on the product.

2) Order Processing & Production Time

Most print-on-demand items require production before shipping.

Estimated production time: typically 2–7 business days
(Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume seasons, or supply delays.)

Once your item is produced, it will be shipped.

3) Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical shipping estimates:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: these are estimates and not guarantees.

4) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • shipping destination

  • package weight/size

  • shipping method selected

5) Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Some international shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.

6) Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please confirm your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

PHPS Gospel is not responsible for:

  • delayed or missing packages due to incorrect addresses

  • packages marked “delivered” by carriers that are missing due to theft or misdelivery

  • delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, though changes are not guaranteed once production begins.

7) International Orders & Customs

International customers may be responsible for:

  • customs fees

  • import taxes

  • duties

These charges are set by your country and are not controlled by PHPS Gospel.

8) Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the item

  • a photo of the packaging (if possible)

We will work with our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.
